Fix Momma’s Mouth Contest

The finalists have been selected and voting will begin on Monday May 3rd.

Dr. Thomas E. Dudney, who can be heard on Rick and Bubba's Tooth Talk, and his wonderful staff are giving away a Mother's Day Makeover. The makeover will include top veneers on upper teeth, lower bleaching, cleaning and x-rays - a value worth $15,000.00.

Here is how you register:

Email a close up picture of momma’s smile (including teeth) and a separate head shot and 500 words or less on why your mom deserves a new smile. The contestant must have teeth to be elgible for the contest.

• We need 2 clear photos of 2 smiles. No blurriness is accepted. Need one smile photo up close of just the mouth. The second photo will be of entire face with smile. People entering contest cannot have dentures.
• We need a letter of why they deserve it or why their Momma deserves it.
• We also need your Name, Email, Phone Number, Address, City, State, Zip.

The deadline for entries is Arpil 28th, 2021.

Dr. Dudney and his staff will then choose 3 finalists, which will be added to www.rickandbubba.com on May 3rd for voting. The audience will have the final vote and Rick and Bubba will announce the winner live with Dr Dudney on May 10th.

The three pictures of the finalists will be posted on the website from May 3rd - 9th. Listeners will be able to vote for their favorite choice.
